Contracted families (FM Contractors) provide services in their home to residential individuals that are medically fragile and/or have an intellectual disability as a primary diagnosis. They match individuals with families based on level of care and similar interests.

Services Offered
- Children's Services: MillarRich works closely with DCS in the placement and ongoing support of children who are medically fragile and/or have an intellectual or developmental disability. Their Children's Services are family based, utilizing a specialized foster care program that places children with disabilities in a family setting with specially trained foster parents. Millarrich

- Supported Employment: MillarRich Supported Employment is committed to providing employment opportunities for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. They believe that individuals are not defined by their disabilities, but by their strengths. Millarrich

- Enabling Technology: MillarRich is one of only a few state providers in Tennessee with a dedicated Enabling Technology Department whose scope and mission are to develop service models around new technologies, target innovative fields such as VR, AR, and AI for services, and provide direct support to transitional-aged youth seeking greater independence through technology implementation.
