Lentz Public Health Center has successfully served the Metro Nashville community for more than 50 years. Health services are now offered at their new 106,000-square-foot public health clinic.

This Preventive Health Clinic at the Metro Public Health Department operates on an appointment-based system to see individuals in a timely manner. All patients should call and schedule an appointment for a visit. Walk-ins will be seen based on staffing and availability and are not guaranteed.

Patients are required to sign-in by 2:30 p.m. at all three public health centers. At times, services may need to be limited depending on staffing or demand for services.
